flexihours.com.au does not warrant that the Site will be available without error or interruption, or that any emails or files sent or downloaded from the Site will be free from viruses, worms and any other code that may be destructive, contaminating or harmful. It is your responsibility to maintain an external means of reconstructing any of your lost data and for ensuring you have adequate checks and procedures in place in relation to any data downloaded by you.

flexihours.com.au may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, including but not limited to where flexihours.com.au believes that you have breached these terms and conditions, misused the Site or are no longer an active user.

If any provisions in this agreement are found to be invalid they shall be severed from the agreement, and this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which will remain enforceable.

Termination of this agreement will not end any provisions capable of surviving the end of the agreement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia sitting in Victoria in determining any matter or dispute which arises under this agreement.

For the purposes of this agreement the words "flexihours.com.au" "We" "Our" and "Us" refer to flexihours.com.au Pty Ltd and "Site" refers to materials delivered on www.flexihours.com.au and on any other co-branded versions of the site.
